1. Orders and Shipping 

Domestic: In-stock orders typically ship within one week.

International: Reviewed before acceptance, subject to a minimum order, and typically fulfilled 2-4 weeks after payment and completion of required customer importation paperwork.

To place an international purchase, email Info@xericseed.com with the destination country, requested species, exact quantities, and any required import documents. Phytosanitary certificates, when available for qualifying purchases, are $106 per certificate. If import paperwork is missing or incomplete, we cannot export the order until the issue is resolved.

Seeds are regulated in many countries. International customers are responsible for confirming whether each species can be imported into their country and for obtaining any required import permits, approvals, certificates, labels, translations, or other documents before export.

We may refuse, cancel, limit, or hold any order that cannot be fulfilled accurately, lawfully, or practically, including orders affected by export restrictions. Customers are responsible for complete and accurate shipping details. Once a package has been accepted by the carrier, transit time, tracking, delivery, customs, duties, taxes, local import handling, and related delays are outside our control.

Xeric Seed is not responsible for customs delays, inspection outcomes, seizure, rejection, destruction, duties, taxes, storage fees, returned packages, or failed delivery after export.

2. Final sale, fulfillment issues, seeds, and merchandise

All sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for seeds, apparel, clothing, or other merchandise. Please review your order, shipping address, sizes, species, quantities, and import requirements before checkout.

If you believe we sent the wrong item or made a fulfillment error, email Info@xericseed.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will assess the issue and determine the appropriate response.

Germination and plant performance are not guaranteed and depend on handling, conditions, and grower's skill.

3. Privacy, liability, updates, and contact

We use information reasonably needed to process orders, ship products, provide support, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, and operate or improve the website. Payment information is processed by third-party payment providers. We may share necessary information with service providers, including payment processors, carriers, e-commerce or hosting providers, email tools, analytics providers, and support vendors. Marketing emails can be unsubscribed from using the link in the email or by contacting us.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Xeric Seed's liability for any product or order is limited to the amount paid for the affected item. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or other losses, including lost plants, profits, time, labor, opportunity, or plant performance.

We may update these policies by posting an updated version on XericSeed.com.
